Role: Business Analyst & Project Manager
Overview: Led the business analysis and project management for the digital transformation of road crash data collection for the Ministry of Internal Affairs Patrol Police Department. The project replaced paper-based crash reporting with a GPS-enabled tablet application, creating a structured and more efficient process for collecting, validating and analyzing road accident data.
